Established in Lake Oswego, Oregon, the IAS Claims Network is committed to delivering high-quality vehicle appraisal claim services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. As a family-owned and operated firm led by Brandon and Lisa Earl—both Pacific Northwest natives with nearly four decades of collective experience in insurance claims—the company offers extensive expertise in the field. Brandon is a licensed vehicle appraiser and independent adjuster in Oregon, Idaho and Washington, and has been engaged by collision repair facilities, legal professionals, and major insurance carriers for a range of claim types, including material and property damage, diminution of value, and disputed value/appraisal clause cases.

Brandon spent his childhood in the areas surrounding Portland, Oregon & Seattle Washington. Lisa was raised in both Colfax Washington & Columbia Falls Montana. Together they take advantage of the many recreational activities available in the Northwest, enjoying summer days by the lake near their Eastern Washington residence, and wintertime adventures on multiple ski slopes.
