What started as a regional independent vehicle appraisal company in the Pacific Northwest in 1975 has grown into one of the largest vehicle appraisal and claims adjusting firms across the U.S. Established in Lake Oswego, Oregon, the IAS Claims Network is committed to delivering high-quality vehicle appraisal claim services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. 

As a family-owned and operated firm led by Brandon and Lisa Earl—both Pacific Northwest natives with nearly four decades of collective experience in insurance claims—the company offers extensive expertise in the field. Brandon is a licensed vehicle appraiser and independent adjuster in Oregon, Idaho and Washington, and has been engaged by collision repair facilities, legal professionals, and major insurance carriers for a range of claim types, including material and property damage, diminution of value, and disputed value/appraisal clause cases.  Brandon is a second-generation vehicle appraiser with experience inspecting, appraising, and managing over 30,000 claims during his career. He began his career under his father's guidance, who managed several collision repair centers and later became the owner of "IAS" in the greater Seattle Washington area. 

In 2015, Brandon & Lisa purchased the original "IAS" Insurance Appraisal Services business in Oregon founded by Tim Deering. Tim started his career with two leading insurance carriers after serving our country in the Marine Corps. After a decade in various management roles, he returned to the Pacific Northwest to start IAS, which quickly became known for its commitment to service and quality. Numerous industry professionals have benefited over the years from Tim's leadership, business ownership opportunities, and guidance. It's a great honor to continue Tim's IAS legacy and brand that has had a profound impact on our lives and many others over the last 5 decades.
